Potato Extracts are available in two versions:

 

The Potato Extract FE-200M enhances flavors in savory food products by providing potato flavor as well as a salty

and savory note from their high content of natural minerals and savory amino acids.

 

The Hydrolyzed Potato Extract FE-220M enhances savory food products. It is a good base for meat sauces and seasonings,

as well as a great flavor for processed meat products. Similar to the Clear Potato Extract FE-200M, it can also be used for

vegetarian broths and vegetable stock.
